We're delighted to invite you to St. Hugh's Summer Ball, taking place this year on Saturday 6th July at Bowdon Rugby Club.

We hope you'll be able to join us for a night of food, drink, live entertainment and dancing to raise money for our primary school. Our fundraising focus this year is on overhauling the maths resources. We would like to provide every single child at St. Hugh's with the very latest in maths education, providing children with the opportunity to improve their learning at school.

There will be a glass of fizz on arrival, and a delicious three course meal.

Mike Toolan from Hits Radio will be our host guiding us through a night of entertainment which includes the chance to win some fantastic prizes during our raffle and live auction, AND a live band to take us into the small hours!

Every single penny raised on the night will go to St. Hugh's and will be used to overhaul the maths resources at school, meaning every pupil will benefit.

We hope you'll be able to join us on what promises to be a special night x

How many guests are on each table?

Each table at the venue seats 10. You can either arrange a table of 10 between your group of friends, or buy any number of tickets and we'll sort out your table for you.

Can I bring friends who aren't connected to St. Hugh's?

Yes of course - the more the merrier!

How do I make sure I'm sitting with my friends?

The easiest way is to organise your own table and purchase a table of 10. You'll find this option in the ticket sales section of this page. If you want to sit near another table please contact Jacqui as soon as possible on and we'll do our best to arrange that for you.

Are tickets limited?

Yes, the venue can hold 230 of us so we're selling tickets on a first come, first served basis.

Are there any restrictions on when I can buy tickets?

Tickets are on sale now up till Friday 28th June, as we are required to give the caterers and venue final numbers.

Can I pre-book wine?

Yes, a full wine list and prices will be released a few weeks before the night. When you pre-order wine and / or champagne it'll be on your table when you arrive at the venue.
